Wild Duck
Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours in following sauce and baste.
Sauce:
- 1/2 C white vinegar or white wine
- 4 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 C soy sauce
Sauce to serve with baked duck: "Duck Sauce"
- 1/2 C red currant jelly
- 1/4 C catsup
- 1/4 C port wine
- 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
