Mustard and Sesame Coated Antelope
This is a flavorful and attractive way to serve tender cuts of antelope.
- ¼ cup Ducks Unlimited® Seasoned Hickory Marinade
- 1 tablespoon Ducks Unlimited® Lemon & Lime Pepper Seasoning & Rub
- ½ cup whole grain mustard OR Dijon
- 3 tablespoons seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 ½ pounds antelope meat, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil OR olive oil
In large bowl, combine Seasoned Hickory Marinade, Lemon & Lime Pepper Seasoning & Rub, mustard, breadcrumbs, sesame oil and seeds. Add meat and toss to coat evenly. In large nonstick skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add meat and cook on all sides until evenly browned and meat is medium-rare to medium. To serve, slice meat across the grain into ¼-inch thick slices.
